1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return (such as digital products, clearance items, or damaged items caused by misuse).
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
